Nadeeka Gayathri Perera is a talented lyricist and poet whose passion for writing began at a young age.
She completed her primary education at Kottawa Dharmapala Maha Vidyalaya before moving to Dharmapala Vidyalaya,
Pannipitiya for her Advanced Level studies.
Pursuing higher education, she moved to the United Kingdom, where she studied at the City of London College.
She later earned a BSc (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of West London, followed by an MSc from the same university.
Despite her academic achievements, Nadeeka’s love for words never faded.
She started writing during her school years
and eventually became a lyricist, crafting meaningful and expressive lyrics.
She has written numerous songs, with several being released. Among them,
❤️"නුඹේ ඇසිපිය ගෙතූ"❤️— composed and sung by Malinda Kularathne — is her most popular song.
In addition to songwriting, she has also written many poems, showcasing her deep emotional and artistic expression through words.
